Raw Materials
The raw materials that can be used as pellet processing are as follows:
1. Crop straw: crop straw includes cotton stalk, wheat stalk, straw, corn stalk, corn cob and some other grain straw.
2. Sawdust: sawdust has the best particle size, stable production particles, smooth particles, high hardness, low energy consumption.
3. Small wood chips from furniture factory: because the particles are relatively large, it is not easy to enter the wood pellet machine, so it is easy to block, so the wood chips need to be crushed before use.
4. Board mill: Usually these wood board need to be crushed into fine sawdust first before granulating.
5. Wood chips, wood scraps: they also must be broken before use.
6. Coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, palm fruit shell, wood shavings, etc.
