The process of Biomass pellet production line:
Log crusher →Sawdust crusher → Dryer→ Vertical Ring die pellet mill → cooling machine→ seasoning → packaging machine
The log crusher process: Break logs into chips with a drum chipper
The sawdust crusher process: Crush wood chips into sawdust using an efficient grinder
Dryer process: The moisture of the raw material entering the vertical ring die pellet machine cannot exceed 20%, if it exceeds, then need to a dryer to make the raw material moisture low than 20%

Cooling process: Reduce temperature of pellets
Packing process: Weigh and pack the final pellets into bags
