The biomass pellet production line mainly includes crusher, dryer, ring die pellet machine, conveyor, cooling machine, and packaging machine etc. equipment. The production of biomass pellets consists of processes such as raw materials, crushing, drying, granulation, cooling, and finished product packaging. Each equipment and step has strict operational specifications and quality requirements to ensure product quality.
The main production process of the complete set of biomass pellet making line:
1. Chipping section:
This section mainly cuts logs into small pieces with a diameter of over 20cm and a diameter of less than 3-5cm, in order to reduce the difficulty of drying and reduce the crushing power
2. Crushing section:
Crush the raw materials into powder for use in the granulator
3. Drying section:
When the moisture content of your raw materials exceeds 25%, you need to use a dryer, which mainly consists of two parts:
(1) Hot air stove
Can burn wood, particles, coal, natural gas, gas, etc. to provide the hot air required for drying by the dryer
(2) Drying machine
Calculate the required evaporation amount based on the feed moisture and discharge moisture to select the appropriate dryer model
4. Granulation section:
The processing of crushed and dried wood chips into cylindrical particles with a diameter of 6, 8 mm is the core part of the entire production line. The vertical ring die pellet machine used by our company is a professional equipment specifically used for producing biomass fuel pellet, and is currently the most suitable machine for producing biomass particles in the market
5. Cooling section:
After the particles are produced, the temperature is between 70-90 degrees and cannot be immediately packaged. The cooling machine can cool the particles from 70-90 degrees to room temperature ± 5 degrees before packaging. This section adopts a countercurrent cooling machine, which has the advantages of good dust removal effect and short cooling time
6 Packaging section:
The cooled particles are transported to the packaging machine using a conveyor, which measures and packs them into bags before being sent to the finished product warehouse.
