Working principle of wood pellet machine:
1. Put the material to be crushed into the hopper and add an appropriate amount of water to start the main motor to drive the main shaft to rotate at a high speed so that the material enters the gap between the cutter head and the blade and is crushed into powder by the shear force and discharged from the sieve. .
2. When the material passes through a certain distance and enters the crushing chamber again due to the action of centrifugal force, it will be cut, ground and broken into powder again in the gap and discharged from the grain outlet as finished or semi-finished products.
