Coal stick machine installation and commissioning
1. Before installation, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust that has occurred during transportation or storage for a long time, and check whether there is any damage to the parts.
2. Lubricate each lubricating part before the test machine, and the amount of oil is moderate. Check all bolts for looseness and tighten. Jog the machine and observe whether there are foreign objects or abnormal sounds. Everything is confirmed to be correct before driving. And check that the direction of rotation is correct.
3. After the machine runs dry for 3 to 5 minutes, it can be put into trial production when everything is normal. The new machine should be fed evenly, with moderate dryness and humidity (generally 12% to 15% water content).
The use and maintenance of coal rod machine
1. Before starting each shift, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there is any abnormal noise. The machine can be fed into production after 2~3 minutes of empty operation.
2. The raw material must be processed, the particle size is less than 3mm, add water, add binder, curing agent, stir and retting for 24 hours before use.
3. If the feeding port is blocked, use wooden or bamboo strips to clear it, and do not use metal rods.
4. The bearings of the rotating parts of the machine should be injected with lubricating oil regularly, and the temperature of the bearing parts should not exceed 60 degrees.
5. Stop unloading before stopping the machine, stop the machine after the material in the cylinder is squeezed out, disassemble the machine head, clean it and reinstall it, so that it can be used after get off work.
6. In order to prevent the motor from overloading, it is recommended that the user install a current and voltage meter, and adjust the feeding amount and water content according to the current and voltage meter.
