Ring-die granulator, also known as biomass granulator and sawdust granulator, combines the advantages of various granulators, with high productivity and low failure rate, and can suppress granular fuels such as sawdust, sawdust, straw, rice husk and peanut shell. The specific process is log chipping-crushing-dust removal-conveying-drying-dust removal-lifting-granulating-cooling-dust removal-lifting-packaging.
The logs are transported to the drum chipper for the first coarse crushing, and the finished products are small pieces of wood, which are then transported and lifted to the wood pulverizer for crushing. After the crushing is completed, they are dried (supporting dust removal), lifted to the ring die granulator for granulation, cooled after granulation, and then lifted to the bin of the packaging machine for packaging.
