Product Description:

The vertical ring mold sawdust particle machine is a product specifically designed for biomass fuel particles. The vertical ring mold granulator is a rotary press, with the mold stationary and the particles not being broken by secondary shaking. So when our granulator presses it out, the particles are of equal length and almost have no powder, forming 99% of the time.

We use a vertical ring mold, which is laid flat with the mouth facing upwards, and the materials directly enter the granulation mold from top to bottom. Due to the light weight of the sawdust, it is not easy to bend it, and our vertical ring mold is straight up and down. After the sawdust enters, it is rotated and thrown around by the pressure wheel to evenly press the particles. The vertical ring mold is rotating and the mold is stationary, and particles will not be broken by secondary shaking. So when our granulator presses it out, the particles are of equal length and almost have no powder, forming 99% of the time. The old model ring mold is firmly placed in the mold, from top to bottom, and then rotated 90 degrees to enter the granulation mold.

The vertical ring mold is open upwards and easy to dissipate heat. In addition, it comes with a set of air-cooled cloth bags for dust removal, allowing the particle machine to operate at constant temperature. In addition, the pressure wheel has a large volume, and each pressure wheel has three bearings, which automatically refuel and protect the machine every minute and second. So our pressure roller only needs to be changed 3-5 times a year.
