After the mixing is completed, it is transported to the feed pellet machine through the conveyor, and the pellets start. The pellets are very fast, and the feed can be discharged in a while. If the output is small, dry it directly, install it after drying, and put it in the warehouse. If the output is relatively large, the feed pellets that come out need to be cooled with a cooler, then dried, packed with a packaging machine, and then put into the warehouse. In this way, from crushing to granulation to packaging, the whole production process of feed pellets is over.
The length and thickness of the feed pellets produced by the small feed pellet production line can be adjusted. Choose different grinding discs and hole diameters on the grinding discs according to your needs. Use a small bore for small animals and a large bore for large animals. Choose according to your needs. Based on the principle of circular motion, the template and pressure roller are specially treated with high-quality alloy steel. Under the action of friction, the spindle and flat die drive the pressure roller to rotate. The material is pasted at high temperature between the pressure roller and the template, and the protein is solidified and denatured. The granules are extruded from the die hole under the extrusion of the pressure roller, and the granules are sent out of the machine through the throwing tray, and the length of the granules can be adjusted through the incision.
